Murdock is hard-nosed forward was a team mate of Nick MacNeil’s with the Cape Breton West Islanders. He had a strong rookie in campaign in Moncton last season and is considered a strong veteran influence on this year’s Screaming Eagles club. Injuries have limited MacLellan this season, but the Screaming Eagles are hoping he matches his strong playoff performance of a year ago again this year. He lists the Olympic sized George Vezina Arena in Chicoutimi as his favourite rink to play in the “Q” besides Centre 200. If he could he would love to make a trip Florida or to Nashville to watch his favourite NFL team the Tennessee Titans play.
