Bayer Hardest Working Player
The Cape Breton Screaming Eagles, along with Bayer Health Care and the Cape Breton Post, have partnered to launch the Hardest Working Player program again this season. The program is designed to recognize the hard work and dedication of minor hockey players throughout the region.
Each week throughout the season, minor hockey coaches will designate a player as the “Hardest Worker” that week and reward him/her with what will be a prestigious team honour, the team Hard Hat. It will be a symbol to all players that you don’t have to be the best player, fastest skater or top goal scorer. It will highlight that hard work is just as important, and even more important than skill.
